Thrace, Kings of, Lysimachos, (323-281 B.C.), silver tetradrachm (17.04 g), Sardes mint, issued 297/6-287/6 281 B.C., obv. diademed head of the deified Alexander right, wearing horn of Ammon, rev, Athena seated left, holding Nike and spear, to right and left **BASILEWS LUSIMAXOU*, complex monogram to left, **DK* monogram in exergue, (cf.S.6814, SNG Ash. 373, Thompson 86, SNG Cop. 1119, Armanek Hoard 806-810 [p.81], Muller 407). Toned, good very fine and rare.
