Sicily, Thermai Himeraiai, (struck late second - early first century B.C.), AE 25mm (9.40 g), obv. bearded head of Herakles to right, wearing lion's skin headdress, club over shoulder, rev. turreted and veiled female standing left, right hand outstretched holding phiale, left hand holding cornucopiae, **Q*EP-MA across, downwards on right IMEPAIA, (S.-, CNS I p. 120, 19; SNG ANS 191; SNG Morcom -, HGC 2, 1617 [R2]). Fine, dark green attractive patina, very rare.
