Muriel Rubeenia Farry (married before discharge and her married surname was Box), shop assistant, age 19, born at Rockhampton, Qld; Enl.21Apr1943 at Redbank, Rockhampton, Qld in AWAS; Disch.08Nov1945 as Private ex 12 A.A. Canteens Service Club; in 1997 lodged a Statutory Declaration for replacement of lost medals.
