Anzac Commemorative Medallion 1915, issued 1967, in bronze (50x75mm) (C.1915/3), engraved F.S.Chaver (sic). In case of issue, this very fine, the medallion uncirculated.
Note that correct name is F.S.Chave.
Together with the printed sheet accompanying the medallion under perspex in a black plastic frame (16x21cm).
