SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria, Caracalla, (A.D. 198-217), AE 29, dated CY 527 (215-6), (21.47 g), obv. laureate, draped and cuirassed head to right, around [AV]T K M AYP ANT**W*NI[NOC], rev. tetrastyle temple of Emesa facing left, viewed in perspective, around **EMICWN KOLWNIAC*, date ZK**F* in exergue, (S.-, SNG Munich 818, SNG Cop -, BMC Galatia -). Deep green toning, nearly fine and a very rare type.
