Miss Lilian Carter on first medal, 33341 L.Carter on second medal, 011526 L.Carter on third medal, 11281 L.Carter on fourth medal, 12388 L.Carter on fifth medal and 503 L.Carter on sixth medal. The first medal impressed, all other medals engraved. Some ribbons damaged, the first medal with oxidation marks, otherwise mostly very fine - extremely fine.

Together with BRCS Detachment collar badge (QC), in gilt and enamel by J.R.Gaunt, London, pin-back; Royal Life Saving Society Respiration Service badge in silvered bronze, by J.A.Wylie & Co, London, pin-back, reverse numbered 39675; another Royal Life Saving Society Respiration Service badge but in cloth.
