Bruce Stewart Clifton, born 07sep1928 at Sydney, NSW; Appt'd Captain in RAAMC 30Jan1953, with a Short Service Commission for a period of one year; served in Korea as a Captain, RAAMC, in Australian Ancillary Unit Korea 26Oct - 02Dec1953.
Dr Bruce Clifton was one of the civilian volunteer medical practitioners to go to South Vietnam in May 1967 to revive the Le Loi Hospital, a 60 bed hospital at Vung Tau.
Bruce Stewart Clifton MBBS Syd NSW 52, DA, FFARACS, FRACP, Anaesthetics Royal Prince Hospital, Camperdown, Sydney, NSW. He was an Old Boy of Newington College (ON 1944) and died on 6 March 2017.
