A.I.F. on second medal, 1334 Sgt. E.E.Smith. 18 Bn. A.I.F. on last medal. All medals impressed. Ribbons on first two medals damaged, medals toned very fine.

Together with Homebush Patriotic Assoc. fob medal in gold (9ct; 6.23g; 23x26mm), with ring and scroll top suspender, reverse, 'Presented/To/(engraved) Sergt E.E.Smith,/On/His Return/From/Active Service'; riband bar.
