Macrinus, (A.D. 217-218), AE sestertius, Rome mint, (25.53 g), issued A.D. 217, obv. Macrinus cuirassed bust to right, around IMP CAES M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG. rev. Salus seated left, feeding snake from altar, holding , sceptre, around SALVS PVBLICA, S C in exergue, (S.7398, RIC 125, C.120, BMC 97). Nearly very fine/very fine and very rare.
