Charles I, (1625-1649), silver shilling, group F, sixth bust, Tower Mint, mintmark triangle in circle, (5.85 g), obv. crowned (Briot's) bust left, collar with large stellate lace border, XII behind, rev. square topped shield, cross ends larger and plain moline, (S.2799, N.2231). Toned, irregular clipped flan, very fine.
