Family Group: (Wife) Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE 1st type civil) Ladies Badge with Bow; Trio: British War Medal 1914-18; France, Red Cross Medal of the French Association For Aiding Wounded Military SBM 1914-1919 and S.B. 1864-1866 silver type. British War Medal impressed M.Stevenson; (Husband) Trio: British War Medal 1914-18; France, Honour Medal of Foreign Affairs in gilt, Wartime issue (to British and Allied soldiers); France, Red Cross Medal of the French Association for Aiding Wounded Military S.B 1864-1866 silver type. First medal impressed R.M.Stevenson. Both trios are court mounted, medals with hairlines, the gilt medal heavily cleaned on obverse, otherwise very fine.

The MBE in Garrard & Co.Ltd M.B.E. case with descriptive card, handwritten in ink on back of card 'Received award at Buckingham Palace July 24th 19??'.^^MBE: Edinburgh Gazette 07Jan1919, p193. For services in connection with the war.^^Both were with the Scottish Church Huts in Montreuil, France.^ ^With research including confirmation of Honour Medal and copy of Gazette page for MBE, photos of the huts. ^
