Septimius Severus, (A.D. 193-211), silver denarius, Rome Mint, issued A.D. 208, (3.23 g), obv. laureate head of Septimius Severus to right, around SEVERVS PIVS AVG, rev. around PM TR P X VI [COS] III P P, Jupiter naked standing, head to right, brandishing thunderbolt and holding sceptre, (S.-, RIC 216, RSC 502). Good very fine.
