USA, 49th Annual Encampment of Grand Army of the Republic at Wusau, 1915, in bronze (38.5mm), pierced hole for suspension, obverse, memorial and around the outside, 'Wausau/June 14-16, 1915', reverse, 7-lines of text, '49th Annual/Encampment/Department Of/Wisconsin/G.A.R./S.A.Cook/Commander'. Good very fine.
Samuel A.Cook was a civil war veteran and 1915 State Commander of the Grand Army of the Republic for Wisconsin.
