Mons Star Association of NSW, lapel badge 7-sided in gilt and enamel (31x26.5mm), by Angus & Coote, button lug back re-fitted, reverse impressed with serial number '72', on the front is 'F. M. /N.S.W.' (Fellowship of Mons, NSW). Oxidation on the bottom reverse edge, a small enamel chip at top edge, otherwise fine and scarce.
Membership open to recipients of the Mons Star (1914 Star). The first annual reunion of the Fellowship of Mons was held on Saturday, August 25, 1928 in the Blue Tea Rooms at Rowe Street, Sydney and at which a silk standard to the Fellowship was presented by Brig-Gen. A.T.Anderson C.M.G. who had also consented to be patron of the Fellowship.
