Group of Five: Australian Active Service Medal 1945-1975, - clasp - Vietnam (copy-see note); Vietnam Medal 1964-1973; Defence Force Service Medal; National Medal; Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, - clasp - 1960-. First medal unnamed, 1732883 D.C.Lovett on second and last medals, D.C.Lovett A120028 on third and fourth medals. Second medal impressed, third and fourth medals pantograph engraved, last medal engraved. Court mounted, contact marks on second medal, otherwise very fine - extremely fine.

Note: The Australian Active Service Medal 1945-1975 was instituted in 1997 after this group was purchased and the vendor has added the copy. The original has probably never been claimed.

Dennis Charles Lovett, born 20Aug1946 at Bundaberg, Qld; National Service as Lance-Corporal in RAust Infy Corps; served in Vietnam with 4Bn, RAR 21May1968 - 14Mar1969. Joined RAAF (A120028) 24Sep1969; awarded National Medal as Corporal, 22Apr1983; Disch.05Oct1987 as Sergeant.
