Group of Eight: Military Medal; 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal; 1939-45 Star; Pacific Star; British War Medal 1939-45; Australia Service Medal; 1614 Sjt. N.O. Teague 8 ASC AIF/VX24338. Court mounted for display. 1939-45 Star unnamed, others impressed. Very fine.

MM L.G 2 May 1918: 'On the night of 19/9/17 this N.C.O. shewed particular coolness when in charge of 10 lorries at Birr X Roads and although under consistent Shell Fire satisfactorily completed his duties. When delivering stone between Hell Fire Corner and Hooge on 21/9/17, Sergeant Teague shewed particular coolness and devotion to duty under Enemy Shell Fire. Having performed the duties detailed to him, he without specific instructions, returned with other lorries to shew the position of the road requiring filling up owing to enemy shells.' With extensive research for service in both wars, including attestation papers; casualty form - active service; and discharge proceedings form.
