Severina, wife of Aurelian, (A.D. 270-275), billon antoninianus, Rome Mint, (4.46 g), obv. diademed bust to right of Severina on crescent, around SEVERINA AVG, rev. CONCORDIA AVGG, in exergue **G*XXIR, Aurelian and Severina both standing facing each other clasping hands, star in lower centre, KA**D* in exergue, (S.11703, RIC 16D, C.2). Toned, extremely fine with an attractive portrait.
