Antoninus Pius, (A.D. 138-161), AE as, (10.69 g), Rome mint, issued A.D. 146, obv. laureate head of Antoninus Pius to right, around ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P COS IIII, rev. around Apollo standing left holding a patera and lyre, S C across field, (S.4312, RIC 824a, C.748). Brown patination, good very fine and very scarce.
