Afghanistan, Kingdom of Abdur Rahman, (AH 1297-1319) (1880-1901 AD), Kabul mint, brass shahi or five paisa, AH 1309 both with 9 over uncertain number, (KM.803) (2) (both illustrated); local Coinage, Herat mint, coinage in the name of Baccha-i=Saqao, brass 20 paisa 25mm, dated 1348 (KM.972 notes AH 1347 only) (3, one illustrated); a similar 5 paisa brass similar [AH 1347], (KM.969); other assorted AE (11), one with lion on obverse to right, Balkh mint (cf.KM.35). Mostly fine - very fine, several scarce. (17)
