1887 Proof Shilling, Victoria, 1837-1901. S-3925, ESC-3138, Davies 982 (R). 5.68g. Obverse - Joachim E. Boehm's small Jubilee bust with small crown and veil, J.E.B. on truncation. Edge knock above G in REGINA. Reverse - L. C. Wyon's square-topped crowned shield within the garter, with the crown breaking through. The loop on the Q in QUI (garter inscription) has a curved, looped tail. Obverse rim bruise at 2:30, deep blue grey tone, nearly FDC and rare.
