ROYAL NAVY OFFICER'S BICORN HAT, black 'beaver' with black pleated cockade, with white feather plume, this shredding, the bullion agraffe separating and appears to be a piece missing at top, gold bullion coil strips at each end, black and red silk lining and this appears to be re-sewn and needs further repair. Wear to edges, other defects as mentioned, otherwise very good.
