S C across, Victory flying left holding shield inscribed SPQR, (cf.S.1976) (illustrated); other asses include Titus, rev. Spes (S.2550) (pitted reverse); Domitian, rev. Fides (S.2804); Marcus Aurelius, rev. Mars advancing right, (S.5071); Commodus (2) rev. Pax (cf.S.5825) and rev. Minerva (cf.S.5870, RIC 592) very rare; Severus Alexander,rev. Aequitas, (S.8073); Dupondii include Trajan, rev. trophy, (S.3224); Antoninus Pius, rev. decastyle temple, (S.4282); Caracalla, rev. Providentia, (S.6973). Mostly fine, a few with surface roughness, several scarce. (10)
