Numerian, (A.D. 283-284), billon antoninianus, Cyzicus mint, issued 284, (4.08 g), obv. radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right, around IMP C NVMERIANVS P F AVG, rev. Numerian standing right, receiving Victory on globe from Jupiter, standing left, holding sceptre, around CLEMENTIA TEMP, **G* in lower centre, XXI in exergue, (S.12243, RIC 463). Toned, nearly extremely fine.
