Probus, (A.D. 276-282), base antoninianii, Antioch mint issued 280-1, (3.74 g), obv. radiate draped and cuirassed bust to right of Probus, rev. Probus in military attire holding sceptre and receiving globe from Jupiter (S.11961, RIC 921) (illustrated); another similar; others, (RIC 920, 920v, 922[3]). Toning, fine - nearly extremely fine and scarce. (7)
