Diadumenian as Caesar, (A.D. 217-218), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 217, (27.79 g), obv. bare headed bust of Diadumenian draped to right, around M OPEL ANTONINVS DIADVMENIANVS CAES, rev. around PRINC IVVENTVTIS Diadumenian standing holding standard in left and two standards in right hand, S C in exergue, (S.7453, RIC 211, BMC 149, C.7). Dark patination, on a large flan, good fine and rare.
