Marcus Aurelius, (A.D. 161-180), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued 174-175, (26.68 g), obv. laureate head of Marcus Aurelius to right, around M AVREL ANTONINVS AVG ARMENIACVS P M, rev. around TR POT XIX IMP II COS III Felicitas standing left, holding cornucopiae and caduceus. (S.-, RIC 901. C 798). Brown patination, very fine/good fine and very scarce.
