Nerva, (A.D. 96-98), AE As, Rome mint, issued A.D. Jan. - Sept. 97, (11.27 g), obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA CAES AVG P M TR P COS III P P, rev. around AEQVITAS AVGVST, Aequitas standing left, holding scales and cornucopiae, S C in fields, (S.3060, RIC 94, C.10). Black-green patination, rough surface in places, good very fine and scarce.
