Ancient Greek Imperial coins, an interesting lot including Egypt, Alexandria, Trajan, AE hemidrachm, yr 13 with rev. monumental arch with three portals with triumphal statuary group on roof (cf.S.3281) (illustrated); another Antoninius Pius AE hemidrachm, yr 8, with rev. sphinx (S.4405); other AE from Zeugma, Philip II, AE 29, rev. tetrastyle temple on hill (Butcher 31c); another similar of Antoninus Pius, AE 23 (9.75 g), another similar of Elagabalus (very worn) AE 33 (S.3095); Mesopotamia, Nisibis, Philip I, AE 25, statue of Tyche in temple, (SNG Cop.242); Antioch, Trebonianus Gallus AE octassarion AE 28, rev.Tyche in temple (SNG Cop.292); Syria, Chalcis ad Belum, Hadrian, AE 24, rev. Helioseiros within 4 column temple, numeral reverse A (unlisted), (RPC 3466, only one noted, Very rare) (illustrated); Severus Alexander AE 25 of Antioch, Pisidia, obv. laureate head right, rev. river-god Anthios reclining left, holding cornucopiae and leaning on amphora; branch to right, (Krzyanowska dies VI/5; BMC 62) (holed), others (11) of mostly Middle East area etc, some with hoard patination.
