Cilicia, Kelenderis, (c.430-420 B.C.), silver third stater or tetrobol, 12mm, (3.43 g), obv. nude youth, holding whip, dismounting from horse rearing left, rev. goat kneeling left, head right, above KE**L* (S.5530 [£450], Casabonne type 2; SNG France 58: SNG Levante -). Bright, good very fine slightly porous and very rare.
