Both medals impressed.; Single (Son): Anniversary of National Service Medal 1951-1972, one piece construction type, with pin-back suspender bar. 2778467 J.W.Neale. Pantographed. A pair and a single, extremely fine - uncirculated.
Together with medal box for the first two medals with official forms for issue of both medals; also miniature and ribbon for the last medal and an extra length of ribbon for the full size medal as well as case of issue and official government letter addressed to Mr J.W.Neale on the issue of the Anniversary Medal.
