Trio: 1939-45 Star; Pacific Star; War Medal 1939-45. First medal unnamed, NX179702 K.R.W.J.Parkes on last two medals. Named medals impressed. Swing mounted, extremely fine.

Together with a matching swing mounted set of miniatures; riband bar with first two ribbons; Rising Sun hat and pair of collar badges in oxidised bronze; Australia metal title; Rising Sun over an Australia title gilt sweetheart badge; WWII Nearest Female Relative's badge with one star, reverse numbered A263354; small RAN button; British Royal Artillery hat badge (KC); RSL badge (3 figure type); also a variety of non-military enamelled lapel badges (10); a centre piece from a Masonic jewel; Australia's 150th anniversary 1938 medalet in bronze; two lead discs each about size of a penny.

Kenneth Randolph William John Parkes, born 09Aug1924 at Coogee, Sydney, NSW; Enl.10Sep1944 at Cowra, NSW; Disch.20Mar1946 as Private ex 3 P W Group; in 1946 appointed Honorary Inspector of Fisheries in the Chief Secretary's Department in NSW; died at Queanbeyan on 23Aug1985 and interred at the Tharwn Road Lawn Cemetery, Queanbeyan, NSW.
