Justinian I, (A.D. 527 - 565), Thessalonica mint, AE 8 nummi, (S.192A) (Ex Elsen 119 [lot543] and Baldwin's with ticket); Carthage mint, silver siliqua (S.254, DOC -, BN 8-11); another (S.253, DOC 280). All about very fine, silver clipped weak in places, scarce. (3)

Sherwin Collection, all in packets described with their provenance, first from Jean Elsen, Sale 119, 7 December 2013 (lot 543) with a priced ticket from Baldwin's London; second from CNG Mail bid Sale 45, 18 March 1998 (lot 2440); third from Spink Numismatic Circular March 1992 (item 815).
