Hostilian, as Ceaser (A.D.251), billon antoninianus, (2.73g), obv. radiate and drapped bust right, around C VALENS HOSTIL MES QVINTVS N C, rev. sacrificial implements; sprinkler, simpulum, vase, patera and lituus, around PIETAS AVGVSTORVM (RIC. 179, Cohen.25); Volusian (A.D. 251 - 253), silver antoninianus Rome mint, (3.26g), issued 251-2, obv. radiate bust draped to right, around IMP CAE C VIB VOLVSIANO AVG, rev. Virtus standing half left, holding spear and resting on shield, around VIRTVS AVGG, (S.9778, RIC 186, RSC 135). Pourous, nearly fine; extremely fine. (2)
