IMPERIAL GERMANY, Prussian Infantry Reserve enlisted ranks ersatz felt pickelhaube, c1914, a restored composite parts example, one piece pressed grey ersatz felt body with an original brass reservist enlisted ranks helmet plate, original bright brass spike with traces of the lacquered finish, original leather chinstrap with replaced repainted state and national cockades, reproduction leather liner re-sewn with an obvious white stitching that is mostly hidden under the chinstrap, no damage to the felt body. Extremely fine.
