India, assorted issues from the early - late medieval period from Vijayanagar, Krishnadevaraya, 1509-1529, gold half pagoda (1.69 g), (Mitchiner 640var), Balakrishna type, with chakra & conch symbols, late style, probably late 16th-century posthumous issue (illustrated); South India AE or lead (7); Satavahana billon (cf.BMC 165-170); Chalukyas of Gujarat, Anonymous (9-10 Century AD), Billon Gadhiya Paisa, obv: a stylized crowned head facing right, rev: stylized fire altar flanked by attendants, (Deyell 158b); Taxila, AE 22x16, 2nd-1st century BC, (12.34 g), obv. elephant right, hill above, rev. lion left, swastika above & hill before, (Pieper 1081); Ujjayini, tribal coinage, obv. swastica, rev. floral pattern; Valabhi, base silver drachms (2) (400-800 A.D.); assorted tiny silver or billon fractions of ther Governors of Sind all of similar type; various AE post Kushan type and Medieval, Chauhans of Delhi and Ajmer, type of Prithviraja III, circa 1149-1192, jitals (3); others (4).
