India, Medieval India, Chalukyas of Kalyana, Jayasimha II "Jagadekamalla" (10th century AD), 16mm, punch marked gold pagoda, (3.65 g), obv. nine punch marks consisting of five lions, two punches of "Shri" in Kannada on the sides and possibly the Kannada legends "Jaya" and "Simgha" in two incuses, rev. plain, (K. Ganesh No. 5.13 type). Very fine, rare.
