Parthia, Vardanes I, (c.40-45 A.D.), silver tetradrachm 27, (14.49 g), Seleukeia on the Tigris mint, dated Seleukid Era, Dystros 354 (February, 42/43 A.D.), obv. diademed bust left, wart on forehead, rev. Vardanes seated right on throne, Tyche standing left before him, presenting a palm and holding cornucopiae, DNT (year) above, [DV]CPTO[V] (month) in exergue, (S.5787, Sellwood 64.14, Shore 351 var. [date]). Very fine, scarce.
