Parthia, Kingdom of, Vologases VI, (A.D. 208-228), billon tetradrachm, (13.81 grams), Seleucia mint, probably issued A.D. 227, obv. bust to left with pointed beard, wearing tiara, behind B, rev. king enthroned to left, receiving diadem from Tyche with sceptre, trace only of seven line inscription, **[Q]LF above wreath (year 539), off flan month in exergue, (cf.S.5874; cf.Sellwood 88.17, Shore 454 (this coin). Original find patina, with earthern highlights, very fine, scarce.
