Description
Parthia, Kingdom of, Vologases V, (c.A.D. 191-208), billon tetradrachm, (10.06 grams), Seleucia mint, issued uncertain month and year, obv. large size bust to left with long beard, hair bunched above diademed and behind ears, rev. king enthroned to left receiving diadem from Tyche holding sceptre, almost no inscription, (S.5870, Sellwood 87 type, cf.Shore 442-447). Nearly fine/poor and rare.
