Parthia, Kingdom of, Vologases III, (c.A.D. 105-147), billon tetradrachm, (10.90 grams), Seleucia mint, issued uncertain month of year 433 (Seleucid era) = A.D. 121, obv. large size bust to left with short beard, wearing tiara, with hooks around, letter **G* behind, rev. king enthroned to left receiving diadem from Tyche holding sceptre, eight line inscription, including year **GLU*, and month in exergue off flan, (S.5828, Sellwood 79.4, Shore 406). Very fine and rare.
