Egypt, Kingdom of, Ptolemy I Soter, (305-283 B.C.), AE 20, obol, (8.07 g), Uncertain mint "9" in Cyprus, obv. head of the deified Alexander in elephant headress to right, rev. Eagle with spread wings standing left on thunderbolt, to left, E Y over XA monogram, traces of **PTOLEMAIOU BASILEWS* around, (cf.S.7779, CPE B110, Sv.363, Koln 8, SNG Cop.-). Very fine, with even brown patina with collector packet, scarce.
