Persis, Kingdom of, Autophradates (Vadfradad) I, (early second century B,C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.34 g), obv. head to right, with moustache, wearing diadem and satrapal cap (kyrbasia), overstruck probably on a Seleukid tetradrachm, rev. Fire temple of Ahura-Mazda, on left Autophradates standing right, resting hand on bow, set on ground, above, half-figure of Ahura-Mazda, to right, standard, (S.6191, BMC 1, Alram 533, Sunrise -). Nearly extremely fine/extremely fine, coin is dished, as usual, rare.
