Julia Domna, mother of Caracalla, (198-217 A.D.), silver antoninianus, issued 211-217 A.D., Rome Mint, (5.12g), obv. diademed and drapped bust right, on a crescent, around IVLIA PIA FELIX AVG, rev. LVNA LVCIFERA around, Luna, with crescent on head, standing on biga to left with horses prancing (S.7096, RIC 379a, BMC C9, C.106); another issued 211-217 A.D. Rome Mint, (5.30g), obv. diademmed and draped bust to right, around IVLIA PIA FELIX AVG, rev. VENVS GENETRIX around, Venus seated left holding sceptre (S.7106, RIC 388a, BMC C22-23A, C.211). Very fine - nearly extremely fine. (2)
