Italy, Bruttium, Terina, (c.300 B.C.), silver third stater (Sear and Holloway-Jenkins, HN drachm, (2.25 g), Group G, obv. head of nymph Terina to left, hair bound with sphendone, **[TE PIN]AION* around on left, rev. winged Nike seated to left, on a cippus, wearing a chiton and himation, holds bird in her extended right arm, TE monogram in left field, (cf.S.510, Holloway - Jenkins 112, cf.SNG ANS 859). Toned, lightly pitted surface, nearly extremely fine and scarce.
