Ireland, Henry VIII (1509-1547), third coinage, posthumous issue billon groat, Dublin Mint, mm. P, issued 1547-1547, (2.40 g), (S.6488, DF 218). Round, golden tone, very good distinctive portrait, good very fine, very rare, regarded by Patrick Finn as the finest known base issue groat from Ireland.
