Malaya, Sarawak, various used on seven album leaves, 1922-1923 (SG 63-71), extra 5c, postmarked Miri 1 Feb 24; 1828 set (SG 76-90), 1923 surcharges 1st printing 1c/10c, 2c on 12c (2 and a block of 4 cds Kuching 10 Feb 1923), (SG 72-73) used; together with joined vertical pair with Plate 1 and variety (SG 72a, CV £436) the 'Cnet' type (mint) (illustrated) and a large block of 9 (3x3) with centre piece with 'Cnet' variety and plate number (SG 72, 72a, CV £513) (illustrated); lot includes a cover Kuching 9 May 1923 to Dr.Mjeberg Sarawak Museum Kuching fixed with four 1c/10c with 3rd stamp the 'Cnet' variety (SG 72, 72a, CV £1080) (illustrated); together with surcharges 2nd printing 1c/10c and a pair 2c/12c both almost MUH (SG 74c, 75). MUH, mint and used, some with clear postmarks. (42 and one cover)
