Malaya, Labuan, on eight album leaves, issues from 1894, (SG 51-55, 57) as CTO; North Borneo pictorials O/P Labuan (12) 1894-6 (no 12c) mostly postal used (3 are CTO with black bar cancellations); 1895 set of O/P on North Borneo 4c - 40c (SG 75-79) (8 as extras, one only CTO), similar 25c - $1 (SG 80-82), 50c a CTO; 1896-1898 issues (18) with Labuan O/P on North Borneo with extras mostly postally used, a few CTO, (SG 83 - 101); 1899 surcharges incomplete all used (SG 102-107, 109-110); a few (6) latter issues including (2) Straits Settlements used in Labuan.
