Q. Cassius Longinus, (c.55 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.48 g), obv. Vesta veiled head to right, VEST before, Q. CASSIVS behind, rev. curule chair within circular temple of Vesta between urn and voting tablet inscribed AC, (S.389, Cr.428/1, Syd.917, RSC Cassia 9). Toned, very fine or better and rare.
