The Bank of Australasia, uniface black and white printer's proof on board, twenty pounds, Geelong, 18.., imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, Patent Hardened Steel Plate, '8th June 1852' added in pencil in lower margin, SPECIMEN stamped below in Manager reserve (MVR.1b). Extremely fine with a few marks, very rare.
