Sultans of Delhi, Mu'izz al-din Muhammad bin Sam, (589-602 A.H., 1193-1206 A.D.), gold dinar, (4.21 g), Banares issue, obv. seated Lakshmi facing,, rev. three line legend in Nagari (Sri Muhammad Sam), (G&G D6, M.2457, Rajgor 737). Good very fine, scarce.
Ex Dr V.J.A. Flynn Collection with his descriptive envelope, bought Feb 1961 for 50 rupees.
